How Does It Work and How Do I Enroll?

It works by attaching your bank account to your JJ's Excellence Card .

  • This is done through the secure online Enrollment Page.

  • Your JJ's Excellence Card will function like an electronic check, similar to a debit card.

  • Each time you use your card, you will receive an email detailing the transaction.

  • This is not a credit card. Enrolling does not affect your credit history.

  • The requirements are: a JJ's Excellence Card , a U.S. checking account, an active email address, your driver's license, and you must be at least 18 years old.

  • You'll get an instant discount on every fuel purchase on the JJ's Excellence Card

Need a new card? Lost/Stolen Card?

You can pickup a new card at any one of our locations and call customer service at (877) 403-2222 to have the old card deactivated and the new card added to your account.

FAQs

  • Visit any participating JJ’s store and request a card from one of our team members.

  • Once the Verification is complete you will receive an email directing you to activate your card online. Once complete, you can now start using your JJ’s Excellence card to receive your fuel discount each time you make a fuel Purchase.

  • This is a payment card; it's not a credit card. Enrolling does not impact your credit score.

  • Yes, your User ID & PIN is required to be entered on each purchase.

    Enrollment is performed on a secured website; information is protected in a secure data center.


  • No, The JJ’s card can only be used at any participating JJ’s locations.

  • Yes, the card has the following limits:

    $100 per transaction

    $150 daily / 5 transactions per day

    $500 weekly / 12 Transactions per week

    Busniess cards can have different and increased limits. To inquiry about business cards, please call Nick at (260) 355-2998.

  • Yes, The JJ’s card can be used on in-store purchases. However, you can only save 7 cents on fuel purchases. 


    *Note that this does count towards the spending limit on the card.

  • Yes, to add a second card you can contact customer service (877) 403-2222.

  • Unfortunately, the JJ’s card can not be combined with another form of payment.

    However, the JJ’s Excellence Card can be used with Earnify to stack the fuel discounts!
