President - Darlene Stanley
Darlene has been with Johnson Junction since its founding in 1980. These days she oversees all of our community efforts and assists Megan & Nick as mentor and leadership coach
Leadership Coach/District Manager - Tracey Carter
Tracey has been on the JJ’s team since 2009. She has worked her way up starting as cashier, an assistant manager, store manager for 2 different stores, and is now our Leadership Coach. She supervises all of our store managers and front line operations.
Vice President, “Front of House” - Megan Reckelhoff
Darlene’s daughter Megan, has been around Johnson Junction since she was a small child. She runs our general “Front of the House” store operations, oversees our store management team and the products we sell in our stores.
Vice President, “Back of House” - Nick Stanley
Darlene’s son Nick, has also been around Johnson Junction since he was a small child. He overlooks all of our “Back of the House” operations, including our Home Office Team, IT, Accounting, Payroll, Maintenance, and Fuel Supply.
Finance Manager - Dave Crump
Dave joined the JJ’s team in 2021 as bookkeeper in our Home Office. Today Dave manages our Finances including Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Pricebook operations. Dave also supervises the rest of our accounting team.
