These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern the SMS/MMS text messaging program operated by Johnson Junction, Inc. (doing business as JJ’s], “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting into our messaging program, you agree to these Mobile Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to receive text messages from JJ's, you may receive messages concerning:
[Transactional Alerts]: Order updates, delivery tracking, appointment reminders, billing notices, or account security codes.
[Customer Care]: Direct two-way responses to inquiries submitted through our website or customer support channels.
[Employee Relations]: Direct two-way communication that concerns employment with JJ’s.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the nature of the program. Transactional messages are sent as triggered by account or service events. Promotional messaging is limited to approximately 30 messages per month.
3. Costs and Carrier Charges
JJ's does not charge a separate fee for sending or receiving text messages. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your wireless service plan. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your text and data rates.
4. How to Opt Out (Cancellation)
You can cancel this messaging service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from JJ's, text STOP to any message you receive from us.
After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you re-subscribe.
5. How to Get Help (Customer Support)
If you experience issues with our messaging service or have questions, text HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team directly:

7. Eligibility and Requirements
By enrolling in the program, you certify that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 17). If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us promptly to prevent messages from reaching the new subscriber.
